Registration Categories & Fees*

*All amounts are inclusive of 18% GST.

Terms & Conditions for Registration (Conference & Workshops)

• Delegates registering under the Postgraduate (PG) category must upload a valid certificate/letter duly signed by the Head of Department at the time of registration.
• Registered accompanying persons shall be granted access to the conference venue, including designated meal services and the banquet dinner.
• Registration fees may be paid via UPI or NEFT transfer only. Delegates are advised to verify the payable amount prior to the transaction.
• The Transaction ID and date must be recorded, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation should be retained until formal acknowledgment is received from the organizing committee.

Workshop Registration Policy

• Delegates may register for:
  • One Full-Day Workshop, or
  • A maximum of two Half-Day Workshops, provided they are non-overlapping.
• Concessional Registration (Half-Day Workshops):
  • Delegates opting for two non-overlapping half-day workshops simultaneously at the time of registration shall be eligible for a concession of ₹1,000.

General Provisions

• Registration shall be deemed complete only upon successful payment and verification by the organizing committee.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to review, accept, or decline any registration in cases of incomplete documentation or non-compliance with the stated guidelines.
• Delegates are advised to adhere strictly to the above conditions to ensure a seamless registration experience.
